Unable to Connect to Remote Database - Insufficient Permissions Error

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a challenging issue and could use some help. I've been attempting to establish a remote connection to my MySQL database but keep encountering an "insufficient permissions" error. I've checked my user privileges in the database settings, and everything seems to be in order, yet the problem persists.

Here's what I've done so far:

Verified that all necessary privileges (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, etc.) are granted.
Despite these steps, I still can't connect. Here are some additional details:

Server: server2.webhostmost.com
Connection tool: MySQL Workbench
Has anyone else faced this issue? Any suggestions on what might be going wrong or what I should check next would be greatly appreciated!

Hopper123 Go to Website Management > SQL Database Manager > Select the database needed > You'll see "Users" on the bottom of the database page > Click "Manage" and you'll be navigated to another page where you can see "Allowed Hosts" on the bottom > Just enter % to allow any IP or put your exact IP where you are connecting from.

Without telling the host which IP you wish to you it won't work.
