Safe Harbor can fool you the first time you pick it up. Tian Wen makes it sound like a tidy little scavenger hunt on Riven Tides, but the catch is brutal: every step has to be done in the same raid. You can't grab the clue, leave, and come back later. If you extract too early or get dropped before turning the key item into your inventory, the whole run resets. Treat it like you're carrying something as valuable as ARC Raiders Legendary Material, because losing progress here feels just as painful.
Start at Hotel Panorama Azzurro
Your first target is Hotel Panorama Azzurro, over on the western side of the map. It's huge, so finding it isn't the problem. Surviving inside it is. The place pulls in players because the loot's decent, and ARC units love turning narrow halls into a mess. Don't waste time wandering the lobby. Push upward toward the restaurant level near the top. Ziplines are usually the safer bet if you can reach them, and an elevator shaft can work too. The stairs are fine until they aren't, and one bad corner can end the run fast.
Find the sketch before you move on
Once you're near the dining area, slow down for a moment. The clue isn't sitting in a standard container, so don't just spam loot checks and leave. Look around the kitchen side, the back bar, and the walls nearby. You're searching for a rough drawing showing a tennis racket, a sign, and a bench. It looks easy to miss when you're rushing or listening for footsteps. Step close to it and take the photo when the prompt appears. That photo is what pushes the quest forward, so make sure the objective updates before you bail out of the hotel.
Head for the tennis courts
After the photo, don't hang around pretending the hotel is safe. It isn't. Move south toward the Tennis Court point of interest, but don't sprint in a straight line unless the area is quiet. There's enough open ground here for other Raiders to spot you, and ARC patrols can make the crossing ugly. When you reach the courts, check the northwestern side near the outer fence. You're looking for the bench that matches the sketch. Beside it, there should be a small patch of disturbed dirt with a little shovel stuck in it. Interact with that dig spot to pick up the Precision Gimbal.
Protect the gimbal and get out
The moment the Precision Gimbal is in your bag, play boring. That's honestly the smart move. If you brought an augment with a Safe Pocket, put the gimbal in there straight away. A lot of players get greedy after finding it, grab a few more boxes, then get ambushed near extraction. Don't be that player. If you ever compare routes, gear, or item priorities through community markets and services such as U4GM, you'll see the same advice repeated: secure the mission item first, then think about profit. Find the closest extraction lift, leave Riven Tides, and hand the part to Tian Wen to collect rewards like the Surge Coil, Heavy Gun Parts, and Horizontal Grip.
